The Jacuzzi was amazing and the rooftop garden as well. Perfect location next to the beach.

Beautiful place, fab location right across from beach and a few restaurants. The apt was really spacious and lovely, you could open the balcony doors right back so it was like being inside but outside on the comfiest armchairs! The aircon worked great, gorgeous relaxing pool area, great staff, and a beautiful gift on departure. We stayed an extra night so it must have been good! Thank you we will be back!

I stayed in two rooms, both overlooking the marina. It was a lovely view to wake up to each morning. Location is great for all the local amenities, a couple of minutes walk to the square and the main shopping area. A lovely beach on the doorstep and other beaches close by. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes to choose from. The proprietors were lovely and very helpful.

One of the most amazing stays I ever had. The layout, view and furniture in combination with the excellent restaurant & service - serving incredible lunch, dinner and wine directly to the house - has made small moments to lifelong memories. Can't ask for more. 10/10

The atmosphere in the village is more beautiful than you can imagine by looking at photos.Both beaches are great,very different and complementary. rooms are quite big,nice and clean.Food was delicious and all the stuff was pleasant and available for all we would need.Special mention goes to Marija and Antonis who took care of us during breakfast and dinner.

Super quiet and beautiful, instant access to sea, away from the crowds. View is amazing Staff is super friendly. Cleaning every day. Sand beach 5min away by foot.

Wonderful location overlooking the valley and the ocean. Michael (the owner) welcomed us and made our stay super amazing. The villa is fully equipped and allows for a perfect, quiet, self-catered stay. We stayed with our 2-year old toddler, and Michael provided a baby crib and even some toys for him to play with. You'll need a car during your stay, but the villa is super easy to reach with Google Maps, and within 10 minutes of driving, you're within the small city next-by. Overall, highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble for Giannis. On arrival we were warmly greeted and given a most generous welcome pack . A list of restaurant recommendations were excellent, also places to visit and taxi firm numbers were most helpful. (Villa to Agios centre charge 10 euros) We would definitely recommend this spacious, well equipped villa for a perfect stay on this beautiful island of Crete. From the moment we booked the villa, I knew we had made the right choice. Giannis and Eleftheria were very welcoming after booking, answering any questions we had and ensuring our needs were met, especially since we were bringing our toddler and family visiting from Canada. The villa was gorgeous on arrival, nestled by the mountains with incredible views of the sea. Eleftheria, one of the loveliest people you will ever meet, met us on arrival to show us around the villa and show us how to use everything. She even gave us a list of fantastic recommendations of places to eat and places to visit within the area. The villa itself is beautiful and spotless! It has everything you could possibly need on your holiday, including an outdoor gym and a great play area with equipment for the little ones. Not to mention the pool and bbq facilities! The furniture and décor is modern, clean and very comfortable. The tvs in each of the bedrooms were a nice touch. The kitchen is well equipped; and Eleftheria ensure we had essential supplies available on arrival (e.g. milk, coffee, snacks, etc), which was so lovely to have at the start of our holiday. The villa hosts are incredibly warm, kind, and thoughtful – they ensured they were available to answer any queries that we may have had during our stay. They really did feel like our holiday family 😊 I’ve stayed in numerous villas across Greece and the world, but have never stayed anywhere that felt more comfortable or welcoming like I did in Villa Irifay. If you’re travelling to Crete, I would highly recommend staying here if it’s available! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - in fact, the family are already discussing our next holiday here. Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It is spacious, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. What we loved most was the layout of the villa. There are so many lovely seating areas throughout the property, and every corner feels special. Terraces, garden spaces, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a poolside sitting area, outdoor kitchen, oven, and multiple lounge spaces. It feels like there is always another great spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the place. The pool was perfect, and at a great temperature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and we didn’t miss a thing. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the beds were great, and the villa felt peaceful and private while still being very close to everything. The supermarket is less than 5 minutes away by car, and the nearest beach is only about 2 minutes away. Jenny was a wonderful host throughout our stay. She was always available, replied very quickly to every question or request on WhatsApp, and was incredibly kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. A car is definitely recommended for getting around the area, but that would be true almost anywhere around Agios Nikolaos if you plan to explore beyond the nearest beach.

Really wonderful house close to Agios Nikolaos. The house as everything fresh new, and is furnished in a brillant style! Perfect air conditioning, the bath tube on the balcony is a pearl.

George was very warm and welcoming, responds very quickly if you have any request or need any help. He makes sure you are comfortable during your stay in his house. The house was very clean we had a wonderful stay with my family of 5. Everything went smoothly !

Beautiful mountain location. Quiet. High quality accommodation. Well positioned and not overlooked from the owners part of the setting. Swimming pool was fabulous. Mid week clean was appreciated with fresh towels and bedding. Pool towels provided too. Pool cleaned regularly and grass cut too.

This is truly one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Greece! Highly recommend - you can really feel the owners’ love and care for this place. The house is surrounded by your own private olive grove, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere where you can fully relax and spend the entire day without needing to go anywhere.

Sparkling clean, great location, comfortable and spacious

For our party of 4 adults and toddler it was perfect . Spacious terrace, beautiful view, in the evening so peaceful and calm. House is clean and cosy. I would definitely love to come there again. Location is very convenient, big supermarket 2 min drive by car, town and beaches 10 min away. For a families in much recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's Apartment! Everything was perfect, the communication was very easy, everything was clean, the equipment was also perfect (washing machine, dishwasher, fast internet). There was even some Toast, ham, cheese, water & wine waiting for us. Very nice and modern furnishings, everything decorated with love. Thank you very much, we'll come back again!
