Self Catering Accommodation in Nikópolis

Wow - just… wow!! Acacia is a small plot of four new-build units in the middle of the town of Mitika, near Preveza. You drive into the site to find your parking space just at your front door. We had unit 01, at the entrance of the plot, for 2 people. Before we got there we received an email giving us our code for the front door and also the wifi details (each unit has it’s own router and password). Once inside you find that the unit is finished to the highest quality, comfort and cleanliness. The bathroom area is separated from the bedroom by a modesty screen, with the shower located just to the side. Bathrobes, slippers and high quality free toiletries are provided free of charge. The bedroom features a very comfortable kingsize bed, looking out onto your very own private pool complete with sunloungers. Privacy is assured with the use of curtains and for night-time the electric blinds can be lowered. In the kitchen you can find a coffee maker, with pods and sugar replenished daily, a kettle and sandwich maker. There is a 2-ring hob and a basic set of pots, pans etc to make simple meals. There was no bowl, or cereal bowls and dessert spoons which would have been useful, but we managed without. Breakfast, which changed daily, was served at a time of our choosing in a picnic basket, and included things like fresh milk, juice, yogurt, honey, jam, butter, fruit, bread and a selection of fresh pastries like chocolate-filled croissants, cheese pies, kritsinia etc. There are a number of cafés, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk, with the beach and more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. It was a perfect flat in the perfect place at a good price for us.

Amazing facilities, amazing staff, great food! We stayed at the two floor private pool for 4 and it was unbelievably comfortable, gorgeous, clean, with a pool that was also clean and the whole place was quiet, with great customer service. I cannot recommend it enough to others!

The host family was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, a large and varied buffet. Good room with nice balcony.

The home is spacious and the air-conditioning keeps things comfortable. There is plenty of sofa space for a family. There is a pleasant balcony overlooking the garden which is lovely. Several beaches are walking distance away and a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. The location is relatively quiet and the other residents on the street very friendly.

Host will try his best to make your stay as good as you possible. Very kind, friendly, communicative and helpful.

We only stayed for one night here but we were really impressed. The place was very clean and the host is so sweet, she welcomed us with a delicious chicken pie.

The host ia very hospitable and friendly. The design of the home is very unique for Greece so it was a nice change to stay here. We only stayed a night but the lovely yard would be perfecr for a family.

Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφες διακοπές και το κατάλυμα έχει αρκετά δυνατά σημεία. Η θέα είναι πραγματικά εκπληκτική και η τοποθεσία, ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, είναι ιδανική για χαλάρωση. Μας περίμεναν ένα μπουκάλι κρασί, ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο ψυγείο, μαρμελάδες, μέλι, φρυγανιές για το πρώτο πρωινό, κάψουλες καφέ για τις πρώτες ημέρες και απορρυπαντικό για το πλυντήριο, κινήσεις που δείχνουν φροντίδα προς τον επισκέπτη. Τα δύο από τα τρία κρεβάτια ήταν όμορφα στρωμένα, ενώ υπήρχαν καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες για το τρίτο κρεβάτι. Επίσης, όταν αναφέραμε ότι έσπασε το κοντάρι της σκούπας κατά τη χρήση, αντικαταστάθηκε άμεσα, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοί.
