We loved our time at Dimitri’s home. He was there to welcome us and we spent time getting to know him (and is cat Poppy) during our stay. The home is spotlessly clean, spacious and provides everything we needed, from full kitchen facilities to a washing machine. It was such a comfortable stay. Dimitri’s home is also located in the heart of the old town in Acropolis which makes it close to walk and explore. It is also very quiet and peaceful. But what made our trip so special was Dimitri. Not only did he offer suggestions of what we should see during our stay in Aeropoli and Mani, we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon conversations in the private courtyard. He is such a special person and perfect for hosting guests travelling to the area.

Amazing experience and wonderful room! It had everything you need to stay for days and the host was so friendly and helpful it felt like visiting a friend. No need to stay anywhere else if you are in Areopolis. It’s right in the middle of Aeropolis but a few meters away from the shops and restaurants so we didn’t have to worry about noise or smells from the restaurants.

Excellently clean and spacious rooms with a super comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for a very relaxing and peaceful two night stay. The gardens at the front were amazingly done. Great location for a stroll into Areopoli on an evening. Lots of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops all in walking distance. We spent the day either in Limeni or Skoutari, both beautiful for swimming and lunches.

Words are not enough to describe our experience at Salvia Areopolis! Hospitality was incredible! It felt the owners literally opened to us their own home and offered a true Greek “philoxenia”. All staff members were very polite and friendly. Their professionalism was one of a kind! Premises were very clean and well maintained. The view was stunning. Surrounding nature offered a great meditating environment. Breakfast was an extra treat, including delicious local products and recipes. Thank you for this wonderful and relaxing experience!
