Very friendly welcome! The property is very nice with outside yard, which is also good for the kids. If you speak german is even better for you because the hosts are speaking it as well.

The place is very nice and clean.. changing the sheets and towels every 3 days. The surroundings are also very peaceful, nice and quiet. Tree beaches nearby and Toroni 3 min drive. Everything was as expected.

The host was amazing. Also the yard, the parking place. The room was clean and big.

The property is spottless clean and surrounded by beautiful nature. As a family of 4 we had everything we needed for our stay and we managed to recharge & relax. Perfectly suited pool for kiddos (all ages).

We had a lovely stay here and we fully recommend staying here if you get the chance! The hosts have done an amazing job with the place, the rooms are comfy, very clean and fully equipped. The surrounding garden is also very pretty! The hotel is next to Toroni and New marmaras, but it is at a nice position where you can also visit some more famous places on both sides of the peninsula. Miranda and her husband (and Mitsi, the cat!) are very friendly and accomodating and we enjoyed meeting them as well!

The pool is small and suitable for small children.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host were very kind, the beautiful beach is just a 3-minute walk away and never crowded, and the supermarkets and town center are only 5 minutes away by car. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Nice hotel in silence. Everything you need is available. Parking nearby, private beach nearby. Restaurants are five minutes walk away. Very friendly hosts are doing everything for your comfortable stay. I would be happy to go back there again.

The apartment is very clean, it smelled really nice, the towels are soft and big. The terrace is amazing, spending evenings there are really joyful. I have nothing but great words for the owner. He was available at all times. When staying at Villa Maria you also get discount for a perfect beach bar called Daluz, with very comfortable sunbeds and amazing staff. Also you have a parking in the backyard and the owner let us leave the park there even longer when we checked out until we had breakfast. Would recommend to anyone!
