The location of the house was fantastic, 10 minutes drive to the town centre. Had all the amenities that you need very easy communication with the owner.

We were very comfortable in the house despite the winter season. The landlord is very sensitive and a good person. Everything was available in the house. The location is very good, the house is spotlessly clean. We could not use the garden because it was winter, but it was a very beautiful garden. We were very pleased as a family. We had a wonderful stay! The house is incredibly comfortable, peaceful, and cozy. After long days of exploring the island, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The home has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Even if you planned to stay for a month, you wouldn't feel that anything was missing. Every detail has been carefully thought out. The interior is beautifully designed with exceptional taste, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like a home rather than just a holiday rental. Very nice and comfortable place in Chios Island. We spent 3 night for the wedding of a greek friend. Check in was easy and all the accommodation in perfect. From Paris with love. Ευχαριστώ

Our stay was delightful! The house was very comfortable, with big spaces, ideal for families, a nice terrace area, fully equiped kitchen, bed linen and towels in abundance. The location is great, beaches and restaurants within walking distance, close to Chios. Mrs. Jenny was an exceptional host, always reachable but very discreet. She left us a fully stocked fridge and cupboards, water bottles, toiletries etc. She was also kind enough to bring us figs and grapes from her village🫶 I definitely recommend it! Thanks a lot for everything!

That was a great stay. Appliances were new and useful, household items were clean. The location is 3km away center, not crowded like center- mostly locals are living in the neighbourhood so that means its safe. if you are travelling with a car they have parking area. Whenever i am at Chios, i'm gonna stay here.

Eleni's place is immaculately clean with enough amenities in place for 4 nights stay (2 families - 7 people). She was very helpful throughout our stay and answered our messages straightaway.

Typical Greek hospitality. Everything that would be needed was present. We asked for a baby crip on our arrival and ıt was provided within minutes. The house is pretty big and the kitchen was great. So close to city center but yet the area is rather quiet. Also plenty of free parking spaces. Also very close to public beach. Very nice and kind crew.

We stayed in a three-bedroom loft apartment. The apartment is approximately a 15-minute walk from the city center. Everything in the kitchen, bathroom, and rooms was very clean and tidy. It’s a place where you can stay comfortably for a long period. However, the most remarkable aspect is Mr. Luka’s polite manners, helpfulness, and friendly attitude.

We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful holiday here. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and was always there whenever we needed anything. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you so much for everything! Rooms are spacy and comfortable. Close to ferry and city center. There is parking place for cars. The owner(and manager) was very hospitable. He showed us in details places to visit, beaches to go, restaurants to eat etc. When I had an issue with my cars key at night, he quickly find a solution and the next morning at 9 o'clock we were ready to resume exploring the beauties of the island.
