Self Catering Accommodation in Xanthi

We had a wonderful one night stay here with our family on our way to Thassos. The apartment was cozy, spotless and perfectly located, with cafés, restaurants and the city center all within easy reach. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling through the area!

Great cozy place on a ground floor. The apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom, a small place to work if you have to, Wi-Fi is very good. The host Dionysius is kind and helpful. We certainly felt welcomed when we arrived. Bottles of water were placed for us in a fridge, sweets, coffee, tea... Looks like the host really cares about details. Everything is very clean and designed to be pleasant to look at. The place is a very good spot for exploring the region. The sea is very close, different beaches are in half-hour drive. Nestos gorge is also nearby. You can go on a kayak trip on Nestos or just enjoy the river at the village Galani. When at Old Town in Ksanti, visit the House of Shadows. So good!

Good view and big terrace , comfortable bed

The apartment's location was quite nice. It was within walking distance of the old city centre and high-quality restaurants. It became our go-to apartment whenever we visited Xanti.

Fantastic view, silence, great stone house with confortable bed, all clean and new, super kind owner and great hospitality! We enjoyed discovering the region by following recommendations of Spiros the owner. The house made pita for breakfast was really fantastic. If you are looking for chilling and relaxing place in the middle of forest with a view do not hesitate to book.

Cozy, clean (perfectly clean!), very comfortable and very well organized space, with great attention to the detail, and last but not least - the location, everything is around and you can find parking place easily. And the communication - the host is kind and replies to questions fast with precise explanations. If we stay again in the city, this would be the place I will book.
