The property is in a perfect location in the centre. Can’t believe how peaceful and chilled it is in Zadar. Plenty of places nearby for drinks, food etc. Will be back soon.

The location of the place is simply perfect—nestled close to the main attractions yet offering a tranquil, local ambiance. With the delightful Zadar-Jadera restaurant just a stone's throw away, dining options were top-notch. The owner was accommodating and responsive, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The flat was clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

Perfect location. Host was very nice and available when needed. The place was clean and we had everything needed. AC was available and working well.

Great location, hosts greeted us when we arrived, lead us into the parade and directed us where to park. They showed us around the apartment, all the amenities, and gave us a bunch of information on what was in the immediate area. There's a great Bakery on the lower floor as well as a restaurant and small store. Large shopping store just a 5 minute walk away. The apartment was spotless and had everything needed in the kitchen nd for supplies. Thank you again Josip and Katarina, we will definitely come again in the future.

We had an exceptional stay at Apartments Marina in Brodarska ulica, Zadar. Even though breakfast isn’t provided, the apartment more than makes up for it with how incredibly well‑equipped and spotless it is. The kitchen has absolutely everything — all the utensils, cookware, cutlery, even small things like spices, which made it feel instantly like home. The bedroom is separate (a big plus!) and the mattress was fantastic, genuinely one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on while traveling. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is another huge advantage: only 5 minutes’ walk to the Zadar passenger bridge, the old town, and the Church of St. Donat. Perfect if you want to explore the historic center without needing a car. Overall, a wonderful stay — quiet, clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient. I would happily return and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar

Wow, this amazing place is very close to ferry point and on the beach road. Very spacious apartment with all the required amenities for family. My kid enjoyed lot in the hot tub. We visited in december cold times and offered with heaters from owner. He is super friendly and responded quickly for all questions. Balcony is spot on with unimaginable view.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Everyhing a traveller might need was catered for. The host and hostess were absolutely charming and went to great lenghts to ensure our needs were met, they even used a google translator to ensure we understood. Highly recomended.

Dragan and his mother were very welcoming, answering queries quickly and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The elevated apartment has a great view of Preko, it is within 10 minutes walk of the port and less to shops and a good selection of places to eat. The apartment is really well equipped to live very comfortably for more than a week with a great kitchen and loads of equipment, big fridge and freezer with cold filtered water, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. There was plenty to do both near and far with bikes, SUPs and boats to rent, buses to other beaches as well as boat excursions. Just a short hop over from the mainland, this was an easy island to get to, we have definitely fallen in love with Ugjlan and the beautiful surrounding sea. We hope to be back soon.

Our stay at Vita Mare Villa in Preko was amazing. The villa is right by the sea — literally first row — with an incredible view that’s hard to beat. Waking up to the sound of the water every morning felt unreal. The apartment itself is top-notch: everything is new, very clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. You can tell a lot of care went into it. The location is also spot on, close to everything you might need, which made the whole stay even more comfortable. Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Vita Mare Villa exceeded our expectations and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

The place has everything - amazing view, convenient location near the beaches, and a pool. Stuff is extremely nice and helpful, rooms and the pool are very clean. 100% recommend :)

Excellent communication from the host, Jerko who also kindly took us to and from the port. The apartment and location was as described, and even surpassed our expectations. It was clean and spacious and had great views from the large terrace. Would definitely recommend and would stay again myself

The view is absolutely amazing from the balconies! Lovely place, lovely host. Clean, quiet, great location. Nice walk from the beach to work off that ice-cream, also great starting point to reach the Fortress on the other side of the island. We loved staying there.
