Everything is just exceptional, So far Best stay ever i had in Israel, Housekeeping team and Mr.Zimmy they are just awesome, wish to visit this property again, packed with Room amenities and complimentary were just awesome.

We loved everything about our stay – the communication with Estee was seamless, the location couldn't have been any better, the facilities were great and the rooftop was definitely a perk, watching the sunset up there with a glass of wine. The kitchen was really convenient as we made breakfast almost every morning. Everything you need is also within walking distance. We loved Tel Aviv, thank you Estee for making our stay so special!

Everything was perfect! This is a small boutique hotel with wonderful location and surrounding. We stayed at this hotel during a very difficult time, and we are truly grateful for the opportunity to rest and change the atmosphere for a while. The host was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming. He even upgaded our room as birthday gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He was always ready to help with everything. The courtyard is lovely - to sit, read, thinking, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. It created a very peaceful feeling. The breakfast was delicious in a nice cafe near the hotel.

Although I took the smallest available room, expecting something like a capsule hotel, the room turned out to have everything I needed, from a desk and a refrigerator to a soft bedside table. In addition, outside there was an entire tree with free lemons and lemonade. It was quiet and peaceful, just as I was looking for.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with Mr. Meir and his lovely wife, Orna, during my visit to Tel Aviv. From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Despite my flight delay, Mr. Meir stayed in constant communication with me and patiently waited until 3 in the morning to welcome me. His dedication to ensuring my comfort was truly remarkable. Each morning, I was greeted with a delightful breakfast prepared by Orna. The delicious spread was a perfect start to my day, and their attention to detail was evident in every bite. But it wasn't just about the amenities. Mr. Meir went above and beyond, sharing valuable insights about Tel Aviv, local life, parking tips, and restaurant recommendations. His knowledge enriched my experience and allowed me to explore the city with confidence. What stood out the most, however, was Mr. Meir's genuine interest in meaningful conversations. Whether discussing culture, travel, or life in general, he was an engaging and thoughtful companion. In summary, my stay with Mr. Meir and Orna was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend their hospitality to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Thank you both for making my trip memorable!

I like to stay like the basic local people. So that's what you get here. It's basic, 5 does its job.

I can recommend it to anyone without thinking twice. A very good place in every way. A place with a very quiet and calm environment that is worth the price paid. The owner is a very nice and friendly person.

I brought my daughter for treatment to Sheba hospital. The apartment is within walking distance from the hospital, it is very convenient, especially when you need to be early in the morning for procedures. The apartment is clean, stylish and cozy, has everything you need for comfort living, including a washing machine. My kids enjoyed playing in the area near the house. The place has pleasant home atmosphere, I highly recommend it.

It was clean and comfortable everything is in there you can bring and cooked foods inside the utensils is complete too so nothing to worry.. the owner answer immediately when i call any time of the day.. thank you so much..

The accommodation is modern, extremely beautiful, tasteful, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable family life, with all facilities, parking, in a quiet place. The apartment is amazing. It is located in a quiet building, and it is newly renovated to the finest details. The apartment is very spacious, and equipped with everything needed and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great cooking in it, while looking outside the window to the shared garden. The shower was also very clean, great water pressure and soft towels. It seems that the owners thought of everything a guest might need, even a scale to weigh the suitcase (very much needed!) and a portable speaker in the living room. The bedroom is spacious, with a large cupboard with lots of room for clothes, and the bed was comfortable. I didn't use the second room, but it also looked spacious and convenient. The Wifi worked perfectly! The apartment is located in a quiet street, 1 minute walk from a supermarket that's open till midnight, and it is very close to Hashalom road that has public transportation. There's also a bakery Cafe nearby. I would love to come again:)

A proper home in Israel, conveniently placed near hospital and Ramat HaChayal. Tv in lounge and in master bedroom. The host left us a cake! Private covered parking was great to have, especially in the center.
