Good location, close enough to JR Mito station, but far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there was a bike available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket. There are instructions for the appliances in English. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Spacious apartment, felt like home. Lots of new items inside, like cutting board, knife, flooring, it felt modern and clean. Nice balcony for hanging clothes or just looking out at the sunset. Really comfortable like home. Would definitely stay again next time. Within 6-10 minutes of a few different bus stops, Don Quixote a 10 minute walk away. Family Mart 5 minutes away. Excellent . The house is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The bath toy in the bathtub made my son really loved this place. Near fish market, near supermarket (driving distance) and near Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium. The house has netflix. Fast wifi. The host is very responsive. Access through the house via passcode so it was very easy.
