Good location, close enough to JR Mito station, but far enough to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn't use it, but there was a bike available, e.g. for shopping at the nearby supermarket. There are instructions for the appliances in English. The rooms were very nice and clean.

Great stay. Very cozy. The owner is very kind and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was also extremely clean, and I can tell a lot of work and love has been put into making this a great guesthouse.

Spacious apartment, felt like home. Lots of new items inside, like cutting board, knife, flooring, it felt modern and clean. Nice balcony for hanging clothes or just looking out at the sunset. Really comfortable like home. Would definitely stay again next time. Within 6-10 minutes of a few different bus stops, Don Quixote a 10 minute walk away. Family Mart 5 minutes away. Excellent .
