Location is good and you could hang your laundry on the balcony after washing. There are a dining table, end table, sofa, kitchen and washing machine. It is a spacious hotel compared with other hotels in japan, but at affordable price. The service is good and staff are very helpful. Cleanliness is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would highly recommend this apartment to my friends, especially for family trips.

Hosts were very friendly and went above and beyond. I ended up leaving my phone on the bus and they went around contacting people as well as driving out to go and pick up my phone 🥹🥹, giving me a expedited tour of osaka at the same time. They keep facilities clean, and location is conveniently located near local shopping district and about 10-15 minutes from the metro. This is my second time staying and I think its good value for money.

Very clean and nothing was too much bother. Allowed us into the room early as we arrived earlier than expected. Near to multiple stations so access to all places as long as you had IC card and could work out the train stations. Great service.

We like the friendly staff who advised us on directions, services available (eg. Laundry, board games rental etc). The room was bigger than I thought. The walk in closet was great! It was great to have a small kitchen and a laundry machine and the shower room can be used as a dryer. The location is awesome.

This place is such a gem- it's one of those spots you can truly feel "at home." So many sweet little touches and amenities included in the price- even though I didn't use many of them I really appreciated the extra services they included. I wanted to extend but they were full. Don't hesitate to book this spot!
