Self Catering Accommodation in Opperdoes

It's a nice little house, but with two bedrooms located near Medemblik. The yard was well kept. The house had a terrace with chairs and a table. The kitchen was well equipped. We wish we'd have more time there.

Niels and Marijtje were great hosts. The studio was perfect for our stay and the views were stunning. It was the perfect location to relax. Having the supermarkets just down the road was very helpful along with a lovely path to the nature reserve

We liked everything about the property, including the host who was very sweet and accommodating but most of all we loved the location and everything included in the Airbnb such as the fire place and the play area for the children and the house itself, it was a very clean cabin which had everything we needed.

Our stay at this B&B was absolutely exceptional—without a doubt one of the best accommodation experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property had everything we could possibly need. Our room offered breathtaking views, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay. The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and immaculate. Every detail reflected the hosts' care and attention, from the spotless bed linen and fresh towels to the perfectly clean kitchen utensils and common areas. The location is excellent, with Lidl and other supermarkets just a short distance away, along with several great restaurants and a lovely pizzeria. The beach is only around a 40-minute drive away, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Peter and Rita were truly outstanding hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. It featured a wonderful selection of fresh bread, butter, milk, yoghurt, and delicious farm-fresh produce, including cucumbers and plums. Everything was fresh, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Another great advantage was the free on-site parking, which made our stay even more convenient. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough. If you're looking for a place that is exceptionally clean, comfortable, peaceful, and run by genuinely caring hosts, this is the perfect choice. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will certainly return the next time we visit the area.

Perfect quite spot in the nature

Petra and Dick are truly warm and welcoming – they make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The B&B is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and carefully prepared. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Even if it’s a bit out of the way, it’s absolutely worth the visit. Thank you, Petra & Dick, for such a lovely experience!

Practically every aspect of this Bed&Breakfast in Andijk was more than just satisfying. We loved everything about it. The appartment is modern and cosy and very clean. It also has a very cute terrace with a view of the canal at the back of the house. The hosts are very kind and brought us our breakfast everyday in a big basket and each day it varied. All in all a wonderful place to stay in this part of Holland. We give B&B Het Molensteegje absolutely top marks and we'll definitely be coming back here. Its a pity our stay was too short (3 nights).
