The location of the property is stunning, overlooking the Fjord. It has excellent free parking, is spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped, very nicely decorated and a short drive to town for food shopping and petrol. The owner is delightful and communication excellent.

A beautiful large well equipped home. Wonderful, obviously recent, updates to the bathroom, the shower, and the kitchen. Handy washer and dryer in the basement. There was even a large collection of books to browse. My son and I agreed we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for letting us use your home. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Sognefjorden-Vik i Sogn
The apartment is very convenient for a family, csoy and warm, with games for children and a very well equipped kitchen. The owners were extremely nice, met us when we arrived quite late, and were quick and happy to accommodate to our requests and questions. The area is beautiful. We can wholeheartedly recommend.

House with stunning fjord view in Balestrand
From the very first message, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent, and arranging the key collection was easy and well organised. Then we stepped into this beautiful historic family home and were simply amazed by the views of the fjords. A sweet welcome note, a welcome drink and freshly picked flowers from the garden were waiting for us. Such thoughtful, personal touches made us feel welcome straight away. The views are absolutely breathtaking, whether you’re having breakfast in the kitchen, relaxing on the couch or sitting out on the terrace. We also tried the fireplace, which made the whole experience even cosier and more romantic. It’s the kind of place where you immediately want to slow down and just enjoy being there. The house has everything you need and more. I especially loved the heated bathroom floors—a lovely extra touch of comfort! The owners were so helpful and always happy to answer our questions. Set on the quiet edge of the village, it feels wonderfully peaceful and close to nature, yet the centre is only a lovely 20-minute walk away. Having a parking space right in front of the house was very convenient, too. Such a beautiful, cosy and special place to stay. It genuinely felt like a home, not just a holiday apartment. Thank you, Linnea, for making our stay so wonderful!

Amazing old house seeped with family history and character set in a beautiful location with balcony views over the Fjord and St Olaf's church. Had all the facilities we needed - including room fans which are needed more and more in Norway these days, but rarely provided!
