Finally! A designer / builder that was smart enough to build a separate shower so that the entire bathroom floor doesn't get wet every time one uses the shower! Take note everywhere else. This is how you do it. Not only that, but the shower head was awesome too. Everything about the room and the place in general was excellent. When I booked it, I did so knowing that OIA was not super close to the town and I did that in hopes that it would be quiet...... and it was. It took me 25 - 30 minutes to walk into either town or to the main foreigner hangout / restaurant area, but there is also a single restaurant and basic grocery store only a block away. I was there during Typhoon Tino and fortunately, no damage at all to the house. The lady working at the front desk was also friendly and helpful.

Always a good stay here. My second time at this hostel. Good location, comfortable and quiet area, comfortable beds and with A/C. Free use of kitchen area and fridge. Free drinking water and unlimited coffee! And good wifi! 💯

I had a great time staying at LRS. Lady the host took great care of us and the unit was clean, spacious, and just perfect for us. I especially love the jacuzzi and the pool. Everything is sanitized and well maintained. The staff is very approachable and they granted all of our requests. I couldn't be more happier with our stay.

Excellent apartments for a family. We stayed for a week and really liked everything. I especially want to note the wonderful attitude of the owners towards guests. Jerry did everything to make the time spent in this location wonderful. The apartments show careful attention to detail. The children were delighted with the extra sleeping space "in the attic". The bungalow is quiet and cozy, away from the loud music yet close enough to food and bars, and just 10 minutes walk from the diving street. Our bungalow has a large bedroom besides a living room, abundant space with sufficient facilities like hot bath and drinking water. The holder is very friendly and welcoming, knowing I hurt my leg at the canyoneering, the holder provides first aid kits and topicals, which was very helpful and it recovers fast. We encountered a regionally blackout due to the heavy rain that night, it’s understandable and actually somehow funny to experience, it last like half an hour and everything came back as well.
