The location is both central and peaceful, making it ideal for exploring Palompon while still enjoying quiet rest. Cleanliness was impeccable. The host and staff deserve a rating of 20 out of 10 — incredibly helpful and genuinely attentive to every guest’s needs. The kitchen was luxurious, and each room featured double air-conditioning, which ensured comfort at all times. The value for money was exceptional. The absolute highlight of my stay was the host himself — by far the most dedicated and caring person I've met during all my travels. Whether it was local advice, practical help, or just warm hospitality, he went above and beyond every day. While the property is already great, it's being continually improved, and the Wi-Fi stability is an area with room for enhancement — though the speed itself was sufficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Calel Guesthouse to everyone, especially first-time travelers to the Philippines.
