Self Catering Accommodation in Silang

We recently stayed here — a couple with daughter — and had a very pleasant experience. The unit is compact at 18 sqm, but it’s thoughtfully laid out and is ideal for two guests, manageable (a bit snug) for three. The unit is charmingly appointed, well-maintained, with tasteful accents and details that make it stand out from other generic rentals. The photos in the listing accurately reflect what you’ll find upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean, cozy, and made for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive, courteous, and quick to answer our questions, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The location was also very convenient for us. We attended a wedding at a nearby church, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within easy reach. Overall, we’re just glad we found a great rental option in the area and we’ll choose to stay here again if we’re in Silang - Sta. Rosa. It’s the kind of place we’d happily recommend to family and friends. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You need to pay for parking, we don't have option but to accept the offer of the care taker to pay 500 pesos overnight. If you will stay here, don't accept he offer, just park at the front (commercial area for free)

the unit was awesome as well as the owner was very accomodating and responsive to any questions and other queries. no need to go out to buy something that u need coz they had an honesty store. twas my 1st to experience that a unit has one. 😍

The place was small but super nice and clean. I got everything i needed: wifi, bed, soft pillows, AC and electric stove for my camote craving.

Worth the price and you get to stay in the whole house. Caretakers we're just across the street and very helpful with our needs and always willing to help out. The place is very clean, pristine and very spacious. All amenities mentioned were present. Overall, it is a great place to stay and very worth the price.
