The location ! It's really central and quiet. The owner answered quickly when I had a problem with the toilets and sent somebody immediately, which I appreciated even so the problem solved by itself as the person arrived at the door. The owner made a lot of efforts in term of facilities : AC, microwave, induction hot plate, extractor hood. He really tried to make the studio comfortable, but...

The Urban Retreat has a great location being very close to the old center of the city. It has very good facilities, well equipped with everything one might need. The indoor pool and spa was an attraction for the kids, but also for the adults. Overall, a very nice experience - highly recommend.
