This is a very nice small accomadation, the bedroom is an excellent size and has all the facilities needed, the bed even has electric risers and is 2 mattresses and seperate bedding. The bathroom is very good and the shower even tells you the temperature of the water. The living room, Kitchen & entrance are good, 2 small sofa's which I think converted to beds. TV is good once I got used to the controls. All types of cooking equipment is available and there is Electric Hob, Oven & Microwave, together with Toaster, Kettle and Coffee maker. It is a short walk to all local shops, restaurants and amenities and is a nice quiet residential location. The hosts lives in the house as does a flock of 5 chickens that wander around the garden. Off road carparking. As a regular visitor to Simrisham I hope to stay her again.

Solrosen i Simrishamn - Österlen is located a 9-minute walk from central Simrishamn. Ystad is 36 km away. Free private parking is available on site.
