Everything was amazing, the place, the room and the staff!

Beautiful location on the waterfront. There is everything you need - a kitchen, terrace, washing machine. Shops, pharmacy located nearby.

Location is super and close to center of Bitez, object is on the main street. Welcome from staff was were kind and worm. Pool was very clean and nice and the staff asked us every morning if we wanted the apartment cleaned and offer us new towels.

Amazing place to stay in, you can find 2 pools one for relax with no music , and the 2nd close to the bar where you can enjoy the music playlist. Rooms are super clean, huge hotel..well recommended

Really nice place. To be honest, don’t understand the bad reviews. Very friendly staff, very clean apartments, very good swimming pool. We had 2 bedroom apartments, and it was a really good furnished and etc

Owners were extremely kind and helpful. Only 8 apartments so easy to recognise and make friends with other guests.

For the first time in our lives, we decided to rent a villa instead of going to an all-inclusive hotel. At the beginning, before arrival, we were very worried that we would come, and there would be no villa and the owner would disappear. But we were incredibly surprised that the villa is in excellent condition, everything works with appliances and air conditioning system. The view from the villa is simply incredible. It's very pleasant to sit in a clean jacuzzi in the evening and watch the beautiful sunset of the bay. Special thanks to the owner! You have replaced us with a tour guide, and a friend in a foreign country who will come to help at any time! Mustafa was in touch throughout the rest and helped out in a difficult moment, helped with advice and immediately sent his man to solve any issues around the house. Helped with the transfer, gave great advice on where to go and where to spend time!Thank you very much for the rest. We will definitely come back to this villa at the first opportunity!

I have stayed here a few times. Will definitely be back.

Modern, comfortable, great pool, comfy beds and a great location. This is such a better experience than a hotel, and much better value for money.

Very safe place with secure code locked gates which put our family at ease right away. The hotel grounds we're absolutely fabulous. We stayed November 2025 and weather at this time was amazing we could sit out on the balcony and have a coffee with lovely views and beautiful plants all around.

The Villa is extremely comfortable, modern and stylish, and has everything you need to have a great time. The reception (especially Nedim) were very welcoming, helpful and helped us with anything we needed. Would love to return to this place again - it was a highly relaxing and comfortable experience.

Me and my family we spent 1 week at the hotel and i cant begin to say how amazing this places is. For starters the apartment is in extremely good and clean condition and it is set up with everything one would in in a house hold. There is a great washing machine and full cooling set in the kitchen to use which is in also extremely clean condition. The pool area is also just as good as it looks very clean and everything organised. The pools were just amazing especially the jacuzzi which has its own control panel to adjust for your needs. Beside the Jacuzzi 10 steps away is an amazing gym that has great machines for work out. You will find everything in the gym that one should need. Special thanks to the staff who were just so kinda and amazing with us over the whole week. They keep everything very clean and organised. There is nothing to complain about everything was better than what we expected. Around the hotel is alot of very friendly beautiful kittens and cats. Seriously the only issue we had is that we couldn't stay longer. I can 100% can recommend this hotel with everything that comes to it. Kind regards Apartment 202
