enough room to be able to have space and enjoy the holiday. pool area was amazing and used everyday. Hoist Derek was exceptional always on hand to answer any questions and even arranged a base for us to stay once we checked out due to our late flights home.

My family enjoyed everything about the Villa, great outdoor area with 2 pools which is great for children. The Villa itself is a modern design with plenty of space.

Well located, clean and spacious apartment. Kas is small, so everything was within walking distance. No swimming pool but nearest "small pebble beach" a few minutes walk away. Good, tasty breakfasts with daily variation. Very helpful staff. We arrived early and they accommodated us. Kitchen is well equipped for self catering.

The location is stunning, a 10 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful views, lovely garden/pool and very quiet and relaxed. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is decorated really well - welcome drinks in the fridge much appreciated!! Katrina was so friendly and helpful, arranged a great boat trip and provided some fantastic recommendations (Oldies Bar -live music and Mountain Valley - fantastic restaurant 2 min walk from villa) Thank you for a really great stay xx

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Fethiye! The villa itself is brand new, modern and exceptionally clean. Everything was well taken care of, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The private swimming pool was one of our favorite parts of the stay — the water was perfectly clean and at a great temperature. We enjoyed spending many relaxing hours by the pool. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Turkey. The location offers a wonderful combination of privacy, comfort and stunning scenery. A special mention goes to the owner, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and caring. He checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference. We even missed our flight, and he kindly allowed us to stay longer in the villa. This was incredibly generous and something we truly appreciated! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and peaceful place to stay in Fethiye. IWe would happily come back again!

We stayed for two weeks in this delightful property with excellent facilities including plenty of bathrooms. The children enjoyed the pool. Good location between both Oludeniz and Fethiye and very central to Hisaronou shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive when the need arose for example supplying us with a replacement kettle and toaster.

Rabia has showed us what real Turkish hospitality is! We felt like home during all the stay, and everything we needed, Rabia was always prompt to help! The house is fully equiped with all you need, even a lovelly balcony with a great view and a grilling station for grilling that fresh turkish fish. A particular great place if you go for paragliding: you wake-up with great views for Babadağ to see if there are gliders in the air, and the street is large and quiet, so you can park the car and load your equipment with ease!

The villa had everything we needed, and very spacious. Derek is an amazing host. He was always in communication with us throughout the 10-day stay, checking in to see if everything was alright and advising on the local area and things to do.

Absolutely stunning villa with gorgeous views. Perfect location to explore Hisaronu, Olu Deniz, Fethiye and Kayakoy. Villa has everything you need for a relaxing self catering break. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved the spacious outside area especially, had plenty of high quality outside furniture, gorgeous pool and bbq. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and were only a WhatsApp message away if you needed anything. Highly recommend, great value for money and will definitely come back to this villa. Thank you

Everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful and always willing to aid where they can. The hotel is quite small but there is no noise around the place. The rooms are amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the place!

So upon arrival I was greeted by their lovely host Masut. Very welcoming and nice guy he showed me around the properties facilities and then to my room. Very nice apartment with very comfortable bed. I wasn't expecting the apartment size to be as a big for the price that I paid but it exceeded my expectations very spacious very clean. The bathroom and kitchen facilities very good standard compared to other hotels and airbnbs in Fethiye. If your coming on holiday with a family then Koseoglu is a very good choice because it's got a decent sized pool which the kids can enjoy but also a recently opened bar which the adults can enjoy. Thank you to the bar man Taylan for all the cocktails during my stay, man of many talents! The bars opens throughout the day until later on at night which is very convenient. So for the villas location you are very close to a selection of bars and restaurants and a small walk to a local taxi rank which is 24 hours. So if you need to get the beach it's very cheap and easy. That being said I would actually reccommend that you visit the restaurant that is on site called The Seashell they have a very fresh selection of seafood dishes which are locally sourced and really good steak. The food is very good quality and very fair price. Another positive thing about staying at the propertys location is that they have a supermarket Migos right across the road so if you need get any shopping you don't have to walk a long distance like wise if you need to draw out money there is an ATM very close by. I really enjoyed my stay at Koseoglu apartments and would definitely reccommend it if your considering booking someehere in Olundeniz, Fethiye. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hosts were a wonderful family. We arrived around 03:30 at night. They waited for us without sleeping. Thinking that we couldn't find a place open at that time, they left us wonderful meals. It was a very subtle behavior, it was like I was staying in my own house. They took care of all our needs. They were very friendly and friendly people. It was always easy to get in touch. - The house was nicer than in the photos. It was very clean. The furniture was beautiful and the house was wonderfully decorated. - The kitchen utensils were very clean. All kinds of you are looking for kitchen appliances were available. - There was a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, it was new and very well maintained. - There was everything from a hair dryer. - The linens and towels were very clean and smelled nice. - The garden was very well maintained. The pool was quite nice and big enough. The table, chairs and seating sets in the garden were very nice and enjoyable. There was also a barbecue in the garden and parking at the door of our villa…
