Great house with a very hospitable owner. Everything was clean and well prepared: dishwasher and washing machine ready to use, with detergent provided. Spotless bathrooms and a huge backyard with a swimming pool. Great value for the money!

Spacious, super-clean, tastefully decorated and well-managed apartment in a local neighbourhood of Demre. The host is highly professional, business-friendly and respectful. The price to quality ratio is good. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay. Own transportation is required to enjoy nearby tourist attractions. As this is Turkey and semi-rural area, you will hear prayer calls and some animal sounds, which were a plus for us. Nowadays inflation and greed in Turkey are as high as mountain, so it will be economical to buy fresh vegetables, meat etc from local market and cook food in the apartment.

Demre is a hidden gem. If you want to spend your holiday there, Beyaz kosk is a very good choice. The location is excellent - just a few minutes by car from the beaches. The apartment is new. Everything was clean and the swimming pool is very nice. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a one night stay. We arrived late and were very tired, so we really appreciated that the host left the key for us at the reception desk and we checked in very quickly.

Very nice apartment, clean, tidy and has all the things you need: washing machine for clothes, working smart TV, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, kitchen is also very well equiped, very big fridge, a free public parking space in front of the apartment (I always had a free space). Also the market is very close (2min walk). The host is very kind.

Lovely apartment, with a great pool. very comfy beds, great location, beautiful sea views and very near Tas beach, which is very handy for the beach bars. Nurcan was so kind to us, let us check out late, so we didn't have to kill to many hours at the airport with the kids, gave us plates of fresh fruit when we were sweltering in the 37 degree heat. Wonderful wonderful stay. This villa and our beautiful host ensured as had a lovely end to our holiday
