Self Catering Accommodation in Kas

I was hiking the lycianway and got caught up in some terrible rain, this place saved me. I booked 50 minutes before Arrival and everything worked out super. This place is super clean, very beautiful room.

Kas is a magical place, I enjoyed every minute spent there. Bella Kas is situated 10 mins from the city center, and 15 mins from the bus station. There is a quiet location. Modern apartment with all staff you need.

Wonderful hotel with unmatched views; lovely decorations, great kitchen facilities. Even arriving late, our 6pm checkin was flexible and the workers were responsive via WhatsApp.

Amazing veiw. Really nice staff. If I come back to Kaš, I know where to stay.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance to the markets. There are also beaches that you can walk to. If you need anything about your room, just tell the staff, they are very attentive. Everything is as seen in the photos.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning systems. Beautiful view of Kas, particularly from swimming pool. The owners are really kind and helpful. They came straight over to sort out a few small problems we had. It is a 5 minute walk to the town centre and up a small hill on the way back but we managed it fine with 3 small children. We highly recommend Nirvana apartments.

The view was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, helpful, and always available. The location was perfect; quiet but still close to everything.

Central location, spacious apartment, responsive and helpful host

Lovely apartment with amazing view from the private terrace. It was also equipped with everything you need to do laundry and cook some meals. We wish we would've had more time to spend there.

Great location, great apartments with a lovely view, its very clean and well taken care of. It’s a little noisy so better take your earplugs for a peaceful sleep, and the couches in the living room could use a deep cleaning (but that’s always the problem at the rental apartments). Overall it’s a great place to stay in Kas, highly recommended!

Great location with beautiful view. No problems with street parking (a car is a must if you stay here). Air conditioners in every room. Large kitchen. Very comfortable terrace with great chairs. Everything one needs for a great stay. We spent 12 days. The host is very friendly and welcoming.

Good sized apartment, good facilities, good location

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family vacation. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the kitchen is well equipped. Our only small suggestion would be to add larger mugs, Qazaqs drink lots of tea and coffee :) The peaceful mountain location was exactly what we were looking for. It is only about 15 minutes from both city centre and the beautiful beaches, making it the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. It is also an excellent place for trail runners, with amazing routes right outside the villa. A big thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Yasin, Hakkı Bey, and Natalia, for their warm hospitality and exceptional care. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.
