This was my second stay at the hotel, and I was happy to see that the excellent standards have remained the same. The location is fantastic, with restaurants, shopping areas, and major attractions all within easy reach. Check-in was quick and efficient, and our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious food every morning. The biggest strength of this hotel is its staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Tayfun, Maryam, and Reem for their kindness and exceptional service. They made us feel welcome once again.

Size, Location, Cleanliness, facilities, everything was perfect. The reception is great and available all the time. Amr and the rest of the team have been friendly and helpful. We arrived after midnight and requested baby crip, they immediately provided it. Breakfast was served in Chakra restaurant and it was a great turkish breakfast.
