The Condo was in a great location and an easy walk into town. There were amazing views from the balcony of the harbor with fishing and sail boats. The apartment has everything that you need. Very clean and tidy. The people on reception were extremely helpful and I would totally recommend anyone that wants a nice quiet stay in Newport to book this place.

The view outside our balcony was the sand dunes and ocean. Stunning is a good description of that view. This was like a little apartment, complete with a kitchen and location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing place! Very clean and large accommodation with high end linens and furnishings. The unit has a nice kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are Ocean views off of two decks and I loved having my coffee while watching the surfers in the little octagon sitting areas. Each night they light a bonfire, weather permitting, to enjoy and roast s'mores or hotdogs. There is also a private beach access with a dog and foot rinse station off their large deck that is perfect for watching the sunset while having a glass of wine. The property is beautifully landscaped with so many flowers I would love to have this be my own yard. The manager goes all out to make your stay a memorable one.

We did not have breakfast but we always stay at the silver surf motel in Yahats great ocean beach view with friendly staff pool and hot tub are nice also!!
