Everything about this property was great. It even had a jacuzzi, great showers, excellent TV, fully kitted kitchen etc, bathroom towels etc, couldn't have asked for more. The viewes day and night of hunter Mountain were lovely

Location - incredible! Very close to ski lifts and village. The house is so gorgeous the kids especially couldn’t get enough of how cute it is. It’s super cozy and beautiful we loved staying here! The host is so lovely and very easy to talk to which is very helpful.

I booked this place for December 26-27 with my 8y old daughter . Upon arrival at 3:30 PM, I found that the heating in both the bedroom and living room was not working, half of the house had no electricity, and the bathroom floor was leaking. After contacting the host, I was told that a manager would come to fix it immediately. The manager arrived but said there was an electrical issue and she couldn’t fix it as she was not an electrician. I contacted the host again, who promised to send an electrician. However, after more than four hours, no one showed up. On December 27, with a heavy snowstorm outside and temperatures as low as 20°F (about -6°C) at hunter , we were trapped in the freezing house—a truly desperate situation. The room was so cold that my daughter couldn’t even wash up. It totally ruined my vacation . Given such bad and unsafe living conditions, I don’t believe I should have to pay for this stay. I requested a refund from the host, but they completely ignored me. This was a nightmare experience, and I can hardly believe it happened.

House with lots of character. Enjoyed the games room and seeing deer from the deck. Walking distance into cute small town of Tannersville.

Central location and everything was new.
