The apartment was very clean and easy to reach (within walking distance from the train station and the city center). Communication with the staff was very uncomplicated, and also they let us check in a bit earlier- that was very helpful!

Our host Francesco was amazing. Extremely helpful and full of useful info about Lecce. In addition he spoiled us every morning with lovely sweet rolls, a specialty of Lecce he said. The kitchen was well equipped, and plenty of tea, coffee, milk and mineral water provided. The location of La Corte is ideal, in walking distance to the train station at the edge of centre stories yet quiet. The apartment has AC, which is a relief in these hot days.

Air conditioning is central, that was great. Angelo is friendly and solves any issue in minutes. The place is fantastic. I worked in the kitchen all afternoon, peacefully and without any noise from the city center. The bathroom is big and comfortable and the room has different lighting options, ideal for creating moods and moments.

The stylish and spacious modern property was beyond our expectations, excellent in every way. Having a washing machine was a big plus. We were given breakfast vouchers for the cafe around the corner, a lovely spot with a good choice of breakfast, and this worked extremely well. The host responded immediately to our queries and supplied us with an iron straightaway on request.

Outstanding spatial experience for anyone who loves contemporary architecture in ancient walls - perfect place to relax not only your eyes from Lecce's Baroque in ultra-central yet very quiet location at night.

Disclaimer: Our visit was during the off season (February). There are also several different rooms that are rented by the same host on said location, so we can only comment on the one we got. Starting with the check in, the host was prompt to provide us with information about obtaining our keys, on his own initiative, well in advance of our arrival. The room was huge, essentially an entire apartment, two separate spaces, the one also housing the kitchen. The bathroom was also very spacious, recently renovated and absolutely spotless. Kitchen was fully equipped with cooking pots/skillets, utensils, kettle and traditional coffee maker and even sported a full scale gas stove. The entire residence was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Location is excellent. You are situated very close to the train station (ideal if you are using Lecce as your main hub for exploring the Puglia region) and the historic center is within short walking distance. Mazzini square, essentially the center of the new town, is also near. We had no issues with noise (again, your mileage may vary depending on when you visit). If there is one thing missing, it’s a knife that actually cuts. For the price of the room, this is an absolute bargain. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic location and room. Stayed in the suite, which was so spacious and had everything we needed. The owner met us on arrival, was very friendly, explained everything to use and had leaflets on events and guides within the city. The rooms in our place were very spacious, including the bathroom and there was a kitchen area in the halls that was stocked with water and breakfast treats. The location was very close to the main streets and had bars and restaurants within a minute walk. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Lecce.
