From the first moment we stepped in we felt at home. All the staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Kindness and availability from all the guys at the reception, restaurant and pool area. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always cleaned perfectly. The apartment is spacious and there's everything you need. We spent almost three weeks and we never lacked for anything. A special thanks to the owner Gabriella always available, kind and professional with all the customers. Her constant presence makes all this possible. We'll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mileo The Palm hotel during our trip to Dubai and were extremely satisfied with our experience. From the very moment we arrived, we were taken great care of. We had an early morning flight, and although check-in officially starts at 3:00 PM, the hotel kindly provided us with a room immediately upon arrival. This was incredibly appreciated after a night flight and made us feel very welcome. When we entered the room, we were amazed by the beautiful view. The room was very spacious, included a kitchen, and every detail was thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. We truly felt a personal approach from the staff, and it was clear that our comfort and satisfaction were very important to them. Breakfast was a lovely start to each day, offering a great variety of delicious dishes. We also had an excellent dining experience at the Rooftop AYA restaurant — the food was outstanding and the service exceptional. My personal favorite was the sushi, which I ordered multiple times during our stay. A big thank you to the entire Mileo The Palm team, and a special thanks to Afaq Ahmed, who helped my boyfriend organize a beautiful birthday surprise for me. This made our stay even more memorable.
