It was super kind of the owner to prepare some crayons and drawing boards for our kid. there is a near by kids playground.

Their local knowledge was fantastic and they helped us organise ski lessons and rental. Aleksander was always on hand to help with any questions we had, truly, a fantastic host. The apartment was clean, warm, homely and safe. The facilities were excellent and we had a brilliant stay.

The details inside the apartment are amazing - you know how little things make you feel cozy and home. It is bigger in person than on the photos, my personal opinion, the terrace is magnificent! Love the flowers, the view is amazing, bed is sooooo comfortable 🤍 The owners are great people, warm and friendly. We will be back soon!

The apartment (which was also upgraded without additional payment) is in the center of Borovets, in 100-200 meters from the slopes to slide (depending on how to walk). The location is excellent. She resolved for us everything: an extra-night prior to the back flight for reduced price, the taxi from airport and back, all the equipment needed for skiing, the instructor. Name it. It is worth to say that there are several restaurants which respected us as guests by Diana, and provide 10-20% discount. We got any information, including food, . breakfast, free time. We really appreciate her help . Thanks a lot. So, having tens of years of travelling to different countries, I would give Diana #1.
