The hosts were immediately responsive when we arrived in the evening and didn't know how to access the key. We got in within 10 minutes. They supplied everything we needed. We also were happy to have a washer and drier and drying rack for our clothes.

The hotel is very comfortable. What really impressed me was the staff. Every member of staff I met and spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The hotel management team were exception and nothing was too much trouble.

The studio apartment is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly, available, and truly go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. It’s so well-equipped that there wasn’t a single thing I found myself missing. The design is beautiful, and the space is used incredibly efficiently—really impressive! Special praise goes to the bathroom, which includes separate body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as the kitchen, which has absolutely everything you need, from utensils to cookware and ingredients.
