The room was cosy, the bed and bedding was really comfortable and warm, there was enough space for all my things, there was a desk at the window where I could do my writing, the bathrooms were large, spotless and had everything anyone would need (including a hairdryer), the kitchen was large, well-equipped and immaculate, the living room was cosy, comfortable and quiet. It is a great place to meet people because of the large kitchen table where guests gather. All in all the place exceeded my expectations and was in the perfect location for quiet and also for the local bus to the national park and a short walk into town (bus also an option if you don't like to walk like I do). The owners are amazing and helpful and friendly and kind. I would highly recommend staying here for a few nights at least so you can benefit from this wonderful space.

I loved everything about this Hostal...The location was perfect-across the street from the bus station....My room was large and clean and sleep quality was excellent...In this Hostal guests have the use of the kitchen where coffee,tea and hot water are always available...The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to mention Richard who was very helpful to me,even telephoning the next place I was going to in order to confirm my reservation....I want to mention Ricardo at the reception desk also....Ricardo,from Italy 🇮🇹, was also friendly and helpful...This is a lovely place to stay...Top marks...10 out of 10

The play areas, including a Wendy treehouse with toys in it, for kids were amazing, in good condition and varied. Kid heaven! The beach is also ideal for swimming (albeit chilly in Jan 24) and soft sand for sandcastles. Sea kayaking was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and friendly. They have an onsite mini market to help you avoid getting back in the car, but the location is brilliant in terms of seeing Northern Chiloé.
