The staff were exceptionally helpful when I had an accident and broke my arm. Two staff members accompanied me to a hospital and stayed until my diagnosis was completed. They then arranged a car and accompanied me back to the hotel, The front desk staff were very helpful in making arrangements with our booking agency to shorten our stay and adjust the payment.

Upon our arrival at the airport, she followed up with us from the moment we left until we reached our accommodation. She greeted us warmly and offered us water, fruit, and flowers. She was incredibly helpful, available the entire time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Check-in to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment is clean and tidy, with daily cleaning service, and its location is excellent, close to all amenities and easily accessible to essential services such as shopping centers and restaurants. Many thanks to Lily and the entire staff! 🌹

We absolutely loved this stay! Jennie and her partner were very sweet and extremely helpful with everything, super responsive all the time! The cat is AMAZING - wish we could have taken it with us!! They let us use the washing machine too, which was so useful for us as full time travelers. The location is very close to metro and shops too. We definitely recommend this place!

Oakwood Residence Damei Beijing is an elegant serviced residence offering its own, contemporary-style serviced studios and apartments. The apartment was very well maintained and there was so much space! Kitchen was well stocked, water was readily provided and the beds were soooo comfortable! The staff were also very friendly & efficient.

Offering an indoor pool and a fitness centre, Beijing Jiuxian Apartment is just a stone's throw away from the famous 798 Art District. The house was very clean, staffs were extremely friendly and hospitable. Really enjoyed my stay here and will come back again. Accessible location to get to many other places in Beijing as well
