Local stay in the small town of El Valle, its a great look in to the live of the local people and all the stores close-by. The beach is just a ten minute walk, also the quest-house owners strange a lot of activities and tour that are bookable.

Situated on the beachfront in Arusí, Posada La Veranera has a garden. The country house features family rooms. The units have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a fridge and kitchenware.

A recently renovated apartment, La posada offers accommodation in Nuquí.

Villa Inesita was my favourite place to stay in Choco. The host and team are so kind, helpful and friendly. Nice friendly atmosphere with shared tables for meals. The food is the best I had in Choco (being vegetarian is not the normal thing here!) and they organise great excursions and activities. It was great and very convenient to be able to get dropped off at the airport with their boat rather than the public lancha.

Boasting garden views, La Roca House provides accommodation with patio, around a few steps from Playa El Almejal. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony.

I stayed 10 nights in La Roca House and I highly recommend it! Duber and Clemence are amazing hosts. They organise amazing activities (scuba diving, surf, fish trip, boat trip, tortugas and many others), and give you all the tips to make your trip an amazing memory. The place was clean, perfectly located (30m from the beach, next to a bar and snack, and a short walk from El valle). It felt really authentic and the best place to mix tourists with locals! We were supposed to stay 3 nights, ended up with 10. A great testimony to the place awesomeness! I will come back. Thanks again.

We loved this place!! Only a 30 second walk from a beautiful beach (el Almejal) , you can see the sea from the terrace, you can hear the waves when you sleep. The kitchen is really well equipped, we cooked lots of fish that we bought from the fishermen in the village !! Angelica and Santiago are lovely hosts, very attentive and caring. The house is sooo charming, you feel right at home. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who comes to the Pacific and we would love to come back :) Best option in the area, very central for any activities or to get to any other tourist spots in this area.

Located in El Valle and with Playa El Almejal reachable within a few steps, Casa Origen provides concierge services, rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace.

Actually we stayed at Casa Cielo, a wonderful bungalow up the hill which belongs to Casa Origin. In my opinion the best location at the beach El Almejal at the very end. The views are fantastic from the terrace, it’s a super cosy place and has all utilities needed. Alejandro offers exceptional thai-yoga massages and Stephanie does wonderful yoga classes. I can highly recommend to stay there.
