The staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. We arrived in Cairo a day earlier than scheduled, and they immediately arranged an apartment for us, cleaned it, and had it ready on the spot. Everyone was eager to help and make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Hassanein, who continuously checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly outstanding service! beds were really comfortable and kitchen facilities were great. Location is awesome, next to very good restaurants and coffee shops ... Crossing the main road was an adventure :)
