I enjoyed the place immensely – the comfort, the safety, and the great location. It's easy to get to the city center. Moreover, the entertainment options and gym were beyond my expectations, and I was very happy, even if they were simple. The important thing is that it's there, and this place will definitely be my second home when I return to Cairo.

I came back because it is very safe as a place and also super safe for solo female travelers. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, kind and always available at any time of the day for everything a person may need. They made everything so the person feels welcome and like being at home. This is what I feel when I’m there every time. Reception available 24/7 for everything you may need and very welcoming from the first minute. MR Sameh, the operational manager does everything from the first minute so that the person is calm and that they feel good for the entire period they stay in the structure. I had an unexpected event and I had to stay extra and told them at last minute, they helped me and found availability that is good for my needs and they made sure that I was calm and comfortable at all times. Highly recommended.
