I waited to submit my review so I could give it the proper attention and detail this host deserves. When I say my stay at Munir’s residence was amazing- that is an understatement. I have stayed in many locations and apartments all throughout Cairo, from Zayed to the best areas in Tagamo3 but nothing was at the level of SERVICE and attention to detail as this host! The list of what I loved about staying here is endless: the location, the security, the hosts and their HOSPITALITY was unmatched, ease of accessibility, the cleanliness (it didn’t even feel like I was in Egypt), the amenities, the service, the design and decor, the vibe, the style… I can keep going. But to emphasize, the villa is a beautiful villa with plenty of rooms to rent out yet although it’s a villa, you feel as if you’re staying in a top notch hotel. Although a villa, they provide laundry service, room service and cleaning, and they provide everything!! I didn’t have to even have my own towel or anything- everything is provided— it was truly a treat staying here and I 100 percent will be back ONLY here!!

The room was extremely clean, well-equipped, and professionally managed. The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service with friendly and attentive staff. A helpful tip for Chinese guests: if you don’t use WhatsApp, you can contact the hotel via WeChat (they’re already registered), which makes communication much easier. I’d also like to share two personal experiences. One evening on my way back to the hotel, I encountered an aggressive driver who was shouting. The hotel manager noticed, immediately checked on me repeatedly to ensure I was safe, and even went outside to assess the situation, assuring me that “safety is our top priority.” Their proactive care and sense of responsibility truly stood out. After leaving Cairo, my mother urgently needed a specific medication. I reached out to the hotel manager somewhat hesitantly, yet he still went above and beyond to help me find and purchase the medicine. This was clearly beyond his duty, but he assisted reliably and kindly. These experiences reflect the hotel’s trustworthy culture and thoughtful management. The staff are genuinely friendly and professional, leaving me with a warm and positive impression of Cairo and its people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and wish the business continued success and prosperity!
