Ask for Jovanny (Director) or Karelyn — they went above and beyond to meet every need we had during our stay. We highly recommend this property if you’re looking to be treated like a very special guest in Santiago.

We are a group of six walking the Camino and we enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were great. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

I booked a one-bedroom apartment at first. Then I changed it to a two-bedroom one because another friend decided to join us. When we arrived, we were given a one-bedroom one. When I informed the owner of the mistake, he came to us immediately and said it appeared that the system didn't make the change and so he had rented out the two-bedroom apartment. He not only offered to let us use an extra apartment (a studio), but refunded us the rental fee! I had never met any property owner so honest and generous! We decided to still pay for the one-bedroom apartment because of course we couldn't take advantage of his generosity. Both apartments were clean and spacious. The location was really good - close to the train station and not far from the old town. Pontevedra was a really charming town. It's definitely worth going and this apartment we highly recommend.
