The hotel is located on top of a hill with amazing views over the village and Shkhara on the background. As usual with guesthouses, what makes them stand out is the host family. Here they were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was freshly made and plentiful, with many Georgian dishes. The room was decently size, clean with a big, comfy bed. Every room has a private bathroom, something that is not very common in Ushguli.

Fabulous location surrounded by nature, very caring hosts - Akiki and his mum and dad made our stay an unique experience. Akiki lit a fire in the night and we enjoyed sipping Georgian wine under the stars. Akiki's mum made lovely cheese which was super fresh and I loved it. Whilst the property was 2 kms from the Mestia town, Akiki or his dad always dropped us or picked us up for 10 Lari a ride.

The host was super welcoming - we highly appreciated it! The cabin was charming and very cozy. There were farm animals in the backyard! And we appreciated that we could borrow some firewood and make a campfire in the backyard, it was really nice!
