The hosts were very hospitable, the room was clean with adequate heater, tye bathroom had plenty of hot water. There is also a kitchen with coffee and tea. All this for a great price.

Giorgi and his dad are nice, friendly, welcoming and made us feel at home since the first minute! The house has everything you might need and more, it’s well located and super clean. It was a beautiful surrounding and the little house was very comfortable. We will miss to have breakfast in the lovely balcony. The host were excellent, we had a little problem and they solve it very effectively. Thank you so much, I recommend to stay here specially if you like nature and quietness.

Tamara is amazing!!!!!!! She is super kind, friendly, and helpful! The apartment is located in a very nice neighbourhood and the neighbours are lovely people. It is also near small supermarket with 1-2 mins walk. The apartment is modern, stylish, clean, and has everything you need - kitchen appliances, hairdryer, towel, some cooking ingredients, kettle, fridge, washing machine, tv, private parking space…. We spent two comfortable nights in this apartment and we think if we visit again, we will stay for longer time here! We also love the dog (Bordo) - she is a stray dog and a neighbour of the apartment. She is very friendly, smart, and polite. She understands human and if you are afraid of dog, she won’t approach you. Please give her some food and/or warm blanket ( if you have) , especially during winter!!!!

The location is great, and the property is beautiful and very relaxing. Close to Mestia, and up on a hill providing some of the best views in the area. A river runs through the property and there are plenty of places to sit and relax by the water. There is a well-stocked kitchen where you can cook your meals. We had breakfast made by the host and it was delicious. Multiple firepits and plenty of wood is available for having a fire.
