We loved the apartment, it was clean, comfortable, all amenities available, fully equipped and so central. Walking distance to bakery, grocer, pharmacy and restaurants. Good ac, good wifi, quiet bedroom and easy parking right outside the door! Very friendly owner, can't fault anything.

The apartment is on the second floor of a quiet residential building. The entrance lobby is beautiful with marble floors and decorative plasterwork walls. A tiny concertina-shutter lift takes you up to the second floor. The apartment is tastefully renovated with high ceilings, clean decor and new appliances. The bedroom is separate to the open plan kitchen-living space which we really appreciated, having previously stayed in lots of studio apartments.

Situated in Chalkida, 8.5 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos and 15 km from T.E.I. Chalkidas, Central offers air conditioning.

Location was perfect, in the city center and quiet at the same time. The host was very polite and friendly. A clean and tidy apartment. We had an issue with the bed. It wasn’t very stable, there was some problem with the slats. We informed the host the next day and he immediately brought a carpenter who fixed the problem. Something we really appreciated was that he also gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience. A true professional. We will definitely choose this place again.

The property and rooms were beautiful and serene. Just steps to rhe beach which has crystal clear and calm waters. If you have a car it is a very short drive into Edispsos for the thermal baths. The main town of Agios Nikoloas is walkable which a phenomenal fish restaurant that has very traditional and delicious Greek food. The room is equipped with a kitchen and all essentials if you wanted to make anything yourself.

Situated in Chalkida, the recently renovated The LightShouse features accommodation 300 metres from Kourenti Beach and 10 km from Sport Center of Agios Nikolaos.

The apartament is great and spacious, it's really clean and comfortable... the owner is really nice and helpful and responded fast to every question we had. If we ever come back to Chalkida it will surely be this apartament.

Service was incredible, we were stuck with our planning in greece and the host was so kind to invite us for a tea and discuss it in person. The rest of the appartement was also excellent, with a very good bed, just the dog that likes to give you a warm welcome;)
