Friendly host, accommodated all of our needs! Nick was also more than glad to guide us on things to do and places to visit! The place is very clean and well taken care of with a spacious for 3 persons shaded balcony to spend your relaxation time, close to the port, the market, the nightlife and many of the famous island beaches. Nick thank you very much for your hospitality! We will visit again some time! Highly recommended to all!

the entire experience was wonderful. From the time we arrived - earlier than check-in time - we were greeted in the most welcoming way, and this continued through our stay. The position is magnificent (great access to beach), the villa was great and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were very warm, welcoming and could not do enough for us - even with great recommendations for dinner.

The location was unbeatable. It had exceptional views. Also the host was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was fantastic. It was very well appointed and spacious. Air conditioning was not even needed given the beautiful coastal breeze. The host assisted with changing a tyre in the morning for which we were grateful.

Our whole family absolutely loved this place! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, it was an unforgettable experience. The kitchen was fantastic—we felt right at home cooking together. The rooms were neat, the bathrooms spotless, and the tranquility of the surroundings was something truly special. The location couldn’t have been better. The villa offers breathtaking views of Koundouros on one side and a beautiful valley on the other. In less than 10 minutes, we were at Koundouros Beach, where we witnessed one of the most stunning sunsets of our lives. A huge thank you to Eleni for all the great tips and warm hospitality! We can’t wait to come back.
