Thank you very much for an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is located in a truly unique spot – slightly hidden and not directly accessible by car, which adds to its charm. You reach it via a narrow path that winds through gardens and trees, ensuring complete peace and quiet. The distance from the main road is enough to keep any noise away, yet the beach and the nearest tavernas are just a few steps away. The very kind host welcomed us with thoughtful gifts and showed us a convenient spot where we could park the car. The apartment is compact but very well equipped, including a fully functional kitchen. As a coffee lover, I really appreciated the choice between a capsule and drip coffee machine – a great touch! The minimalist balcony with a table was perfect for enjoying meals with a view of the Kerkis mountain range. There's also a beautiful garden with lemon trees and additional seating areas. We highly recommend this place! We were truly captivated by the island – its charming hidden spots and, above all, the warm and welcoming attitude of the locals towards tourists. We sincerely hope it retains its authentic character and doesn't become overly commercialized.

Maria, our host was fabulous! 10 minute walk to town. Easy to get a few groceries and have a bite at the apartment while enjoying the gorgeous view outside! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Athina ist so friendly and helpful, we felt like home. She gave us melon and cucumber out of her garden, and she has always positive energy. The rooms have perfect view to the sea. There is a tipical greek restaurant near by with delicious food. Thank you, Athina, also for the tasty Zucchini balls!!

The room was really clean. The cleaning lady was passing every day. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beautiful area and beach of Kokkari.
