Location is just out of the way of the port town. 50m from Livadaki Beach. Freshly prepared breakfast each morning. Ultra modern room and facilities while honoring cycladic aesthetic. Very clean rooms with plenty of privacy. Stagros and his wife were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our requests. I would stay here again without hesitation, as they truly made us feel at home.

We woke up every morning with the view over the water, making coffee and waiting impatiently for the little cake of the owner. The room was very clean and well put together. The owner was very kind and even drove us because we had a lot of luggage! Friendly cats and comfy outdoor chairs to relax.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt brand new—everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Serifos!

All studios and apartments are spacious and open to 1 or 2 balconies with garden, mountain or Aegean Sea views. Each has a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Position was great, and the apartment has everything you need to stay for a few days or for a long period (we stayed for 10 days)

Useful kitchen area, comfortable sofa and outside seats on a nice terrace. Good air conditioning. Literally a few steps from a nice beach with a few restaurants and bars (far enough away to not be heard). Good WiFi and TV. Short walk from ferry port (up the steps by the supermarket and down other side). Quiet at night but close enough to all the restaurants along the port. If you fancy a real change of food try the Blue Bamboo Thai restaurant. All in all, one of the best apartments I have stayed in (and I have visited most of the Cyclades).
