Staff are amazing. The breakfast is unreal. They put so much time and effort into making your stay pleasant. Flexible check in and out so no worries with ferry timing. The owner helped us rent a car which was dropped off and picked up from the hotel. Rooms are clean and showers are modern. Pool is sparking plus you are steps away from the beach. Would stay at again. 11/10. The amazing breakfast spread was the additional point.

Katarina and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They were very helpful and went out of their way to provide everything we needed. Katarina even helped us call to have dinner delivered one night. Each morning they brought us a little breakfast item and they were all delicious. The location was directly on the beach, in a quiet corner of the bay. It was about 15-20 minutes walking to the port. I would absolutely book with Kyma Studios again.

Everything was wonderful, Mr Kyriakos is an amazing host, he got us breakfast, offered a ride from and to the port. The rooms are cozy and spotless clean. The location is great near the beach.

Livadi is perfectly connected by a multitude of buses to all the nice beaches and also Chora, the capital, so we did not need to rent a car. The room is super neat and cleaned daily and although there might be cars passing in front of the property, the sound insulation is great when closing the door facing the street, so we slept very well. The host, Dimitra, is super nice and extremely helpful, lending us a beach umbrella and a lot of advice (efharisto poli!) and their dog, Spot, is the sweetest. Loved our time there, would not change a thing and cannot wait to come back next year!

Clean spacious property with comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Useful kitchen area, comfortable sofa and outside seats on a nice terrace. Good air conditioning. Literally a few steps from a nice beach with a few restaurants and bars (far enough away to not be heard). Good WiFi and TV. Short walk from ferry port (up the steps by the supermarket and down other side). Quiet at night but close enough to all the restaurants along the port. If you fancy a real change of food try the Blue Bamboo Thai restaurant. All in all, one of the best apartments I have stayed in (and I have visited most of the Cyclades).
