Everything was excellent, very comfortable, very clean, new, well thought out, well maintained and we were looked after from the first minute to the last. The block of apartments stands in its own grounds only 3 mins walk down to the beach and tavernas and supermarkets are then a few more mins walk from the beach - it was perfect for us as a family of four with two children. As there are only 10 apartments and everyone has different routines the pool is never too busy and there is always a surplus of sun beds. It's that sort of thing which made for a relaxing holiday for us as there was no jostling with other guests for anything and the level of service from everyone who works there was highly professional and immediate whenever called upon. Taxi from the airport is only 10 mins, and then you can catch the bus or take a small ferry to reach other parts of Skiathos, all about 3 euros and kids under 10 for free. It all made for a memorable holiday and we will certainly return. Many thanks to Yannis and Dimitry and everyone else. And a terrific breakfast too!

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

Nos ha encantado el excelente trato y amabilidad de su anfitriona Natasa. El apartamento está en pleno centro, a 5 minutos andando de buenos restaurantes, tiendas, paseo marítimo, etc. Todo nuevo, muy limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto, nos hemos sentido como en casa. La bienvenida fue espectacular. Natasa nos ayudó en todo momento con recomendaciones gastronómicas y movilidad en la ciudad. Nos vamos satisfechos, os lo recomendamos!! :)

The staff was so kind and everything so clean and comfortable for the price. The location is perfect, in front of the bus stop, and walking distance from centre.

Anna and Jimmy's cuenta con vista a la ciudad, WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, y está ubicado en Skiathos, a menos de 1 km de Megali Ammos Beach. Very clean and new property, rooms were cleaned everyday. The hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. They answer fast to any request. They arranged pick up and drop off to the airport for free. Also our room had a cute terace with view on the garden.

Exceptional location in nature, quiet and everything is available. A wonderful walk through the forest leads to the island's most beautiful beaches A well-stocked supermarket and restaurant right next to the accommodation. The apartment is comfortable and clean.

Todo estaba muy nuevo y en excelentes condiciones. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento; nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitábamos. La limpieza del apartamento se realiza diariamente, lo cual es ideal para una estancia cómoda. ¡Muy recomendable!

Our stay at Golden Evelyn was absolutely perfect! This is a lovely, family-run property where you can truly feel the care and hospitality. Christos, the host, and his wife Vaso were fantastic — very friendly, always pleasant, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal: right on the main road in Agia Paraskevi, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very nice, with great tavernas, several supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby — making it easy to explore the entire island. It’s also perfectly positioned if you plan to visit other beaches. The apartments are spotless — cleaned every day, airy, bright, and very comfortable. Towels and sheets were changed every other day. The bed is large and very comfy. All linens and towels were brand new, and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were modern and in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Golden Evelyn to anyone visiting Skiathos. We will definitely return!
