Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.
