Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.

We had an amazing stay for 4 nights. The house is very well equipped, down to the smallest details, and we really felt at home. The apartment is divided into a living room and kitchen area with a foldable bed, and a separate bedroom. This was very comfortable for us as a family, because we could enjoy some quiet time while the kids were sleeping. The location is excellent. It is very close to the ferry, the main area, and the beach, but still not in a crowded place, which was perfect for us. The host was great. When we arrived by ferry and could not find the apartment at first, he came to meet us and took us there personally. We also had a small leak from the sink, and it was handled immediately. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
