Villas are set in the beautiful nature just a few steps from the sea. Whole area of Nijvice is marvellous with long seaside walkways and crystal clear beaches. In the villa we found everything we needed. Kitchen is very well equipped. We cook a lot and therefore appreciated the dishwasher. The rooftop terrace was a bliss for an early morning cup of coffee. The mosquito nets on the windows and heavy dark curtains were also helping to the good sleep we had there.

This place was absolutely fabulous truly lovely and exceptionally clean. One of the best aspects was how quiet and peaceful it was, making it perfect for relaxing. The highlight for me was the balcony with the table and chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view. The bathroom was also lovely, well-designed, and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Very kind owner. The apartment was squeaky clean, modern, well equipped. Spacious parking and a proper terrace too. Bar is right beside it, but not unbearably noisy, and quiet at night. To be honest I did not expect it to be this nice for such a good price. I can only recommend this place. Perfect starting base for trips on the shore or for staying a night.

Real Luxurious, modern, clean and bett was very comfortable. Few minutes walk from the main town, supermarkets around. I'm definitely coming back. I highly recommend this apartment. Bus stop to Opatija just 5min. Walk.

We had to stay here after getting stuck because of bad weather. The host was very kind and even though we arrived on such short notice (30minutes after booking it), everything was prepared for us. Really far better than we had hoped it would be. The room itself was very nice, spacious and the view seemed nice as well. Again, we had bad weather so we sadly couldnt enjoy it ourselves as much. It was still nice, of course, just saying that it must be incredible in the summer/with good weather and sunshine. Overall a really nice surprise to get such an amazing apartment in our situation and we can recommend coming here for sure.
