Pool was a great size and surrounded by beautiful plants. Bathrooms were great, each with a bathtub. Great location with cafes right next door.

Its a 10 private villas in beautiful surrounding and one main building with reception and restaurant. It seems that there is 2 kind of villa – garden view and forest view. Villa consists of two simple yet stylish bedroom + bathroom buildings, divided by pool and one open air sitting area with small kitchen (water dispenser, full size fridge, small heater). All nice, clean and still new. Food in restaurant is not universal but very tasty and a view from restaurant is great – all Bali from high ground of Nusa Dua. Great breakfasts. Transportation here and from property is easy by Grab, Gocar or taxi however it’s not a walking distance to anywhere interesting. You may order food from outside. The staff is nice and helpful but not in very intrusive or pushy way – that was also great. Drying rack for towels or swimming suits would be nice. Some anti mosquito features in open bathroom would help.

The villa was modern and stunning and was a perfect place to relax. During the rainy season, there are short periods of rain that come during the day. This was not a problem with the very clean pool only 10 feet from the villa. The villa is very clean, and the villa and pool are cleaned by staff each day. The whole management team at Nisi Villas is outstanding. There is an excellent casual restaurant only 1 block from the villa where we ate at least one time each day. Breakfast brought to the villa by Nisi was also excellent. The location is perfect for easily reaching the fantastic Bali beaches. I hope to stay at Nisi Villas the next time I am in Bali.

This was an absolutely incredible stay. The entire villa is stunning, truly an aesthetic dream, and the whole complex is exceptionally well maintained. Being right next to Kayu Café was an added bonus, and the overall atmosphere of the villa really stood out for its comfort, style, and attention to detail. When we arrived, a chauffeur took us to our villa by cart, which made the check-in experience feel effortless. The location is also great; the main street is only about a 5-minute drive away, so everything is convenient yet the villa still feels private and peaceful. The layout, the level of privacy, the cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff all made our stay exceptional. I would genuinely recommend this villa to anyone considering it, it’s a beautiful place, and you won’t regret staying here.
