The position was great, 100 it's yo the old town. Close to bars, restaurants, shops of new town. Very clean and spacious. Nice touch the breakfast items!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was extremely clean and cozy, there’s 1 room with double bed+single bed, another room with double decker. 1 toilet + 1 bathroom. The host send us the breakfast which exceeded our expectations. We got fresh baked butter cake, variety of fruits, milk, yogurt etc… Parking is just outside the house, the house is located at ground floor, very convenient! Thank you for the thoughtful arrangement!

The appartment is very spacious,cosy and very clean with nice balcony. Easy to check-in and check-out with key lock. The host is very nice and responsive on whats up. It is close to the old centre,10min walk to old town...We felt like at home. Superb!

Very nice modern apartment, everything you expect is there. Beds comfortable for a good night sleep. Host very nice and helpful. Free parking anywhere on the street and had no problem finding a spot. There is also market very close by.

Casa del sole is a great stay in Montalbano Jonico. Host is very friendly and accomodating, and even gave us some "dolci" (which were delicious, thank you). The apartment is spacious, modern, and clean, Yes, the kitchen is small, but adequate. The big terrace is really great, and the wifi worked fine, This apartment is great value!

A super nice BnB in an Italian village with stunning views and two balconies. The host Aldo is super communicative and does everything in his power to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Everything is freshly renovated and functioning and there is a dedicated AC and a smart tv for each bedroom. As we also worked part time, having two rooms with a desk in each was super convenient. Highly recommended!

We stayed one night at this incredible house in the very heart of Matera, right at the top center of the Sassi area — the most iconic and beautiful part of the city. From the outside, you’re surrounded by the charm and history of the ancient stone dwellings, but step inside and you’ll find a completely brand-new, modern interior with every accessory and comfort you could want. The house is surprisingly large, spacious, and beautifully designed, combining old-world atmosphere with modern luxury. And the view — truly the BEST in Matera! We couldn’t stop admiring the panorama over the Sassi, especially at sunrise and sunset. I can confidently say this was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
