Offering free Wi-Fi and views of Parma's Cathedral, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati is located in the pedestrian area of town, in the medieval square next to the Baptistery. I think that out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in these last few years — and there have been a few — this was the one that surprised me most positively; it really exceeded my expectations. I think it’s the first time I’ve felt that the photos don't quite show what you actually find when you arrive at Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati. The team is incredibly kind and available, super polite. The room (which, thanks to an upgrade we loved, ended up being a fantastic apartment) was exceptional in every way. The location and the view are breathtaking! The building is historic and gorgeous. Everything was wonderful. I just have to thank the team for the fantastic stay they provided us with.

We have spent just one night in the apartment on our way to Lago di Garda but were super satisfied with the accomodation. The place is spacious and extremely comfortable. I really loved the super comfy mattress and a beautiful spacious bathroom. The place has air-conditioning, 3 TVs and a washing machine with the necessay detergents. A free parking on the street is available as well near the building.

We had a double bed and a sofa, the apartment had literally everything. Very clean and obviously still fresh. Stylish and bright. TVs in the living room and bedroom were big. There was even a small walk-in wardrobe.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and Alessandro was a great host. The apartment is in the centre of town in an old building that has been excellently renovated and looks superb. The parking was only a five minute walk from the apartment and you can drop your luggage at the apartment before parking your car. Dining options are plentiful and only a short walk away.
