What truly set this AirBnb experience apart was Roberto's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to assist us with the rental car that was giving us trouble. He not only helped us contact Hertz which kept ringing through, but also offered to personally drive us to the train station in Bra at 6.40am to catch the 7.30am train to Turin so we could pick up a replacement car. His sincere concern and dedication to help us resolve our car issue; his excellent dining & artisan gastronomic shop recommendations in nearby towns like Verduno, Serralunga and Alba; and pointing us to La Morra's bakery off the main road made us look forward to each new day. It was truly remarkable how he was dedicated in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze with Roberto; he was always prompt and helpful in responding to our questions via WhatsApp. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, location, amenities, and especially for Roberto's outstanding service and exceptional hospitality.

Very spacious and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washing machine - it really had evrything one may need. Easy and convenient self check-in. Paola was a great host, very attentive and she saved my day giving me a ride to Alba on a Sunday when there was no bus service. Abdolutely reccommend it.

I picked this apt due to the location, (close to my daughter’s apt) and because it looked incredibly cute! It was a perfect place to spend our three days in Bra for my daughter’s graduation from her Masters program at unsig. The owners were in very good communication both after booking and during our stay. I asked for extra coffee pods and it was no problem, they dropped off a whole box. The pellet stove is very efficient and almost seems like a fireplace, giving off a cozy vibe. There is a nice little porch to sit and get fresh air. Oh, I asked Beatrice if I could cut a few flowers from her yard to decorate a graduation crown, and she was very generous to say yes! You won’t be disappointed in picking this place,‘it’s a lovely stay! I would definately come back if ever in Bra!
