The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Felix, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and kind from the moment I arrived. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect and made me feel right at home. His warm attitude and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan great service, great location, and a genuinely friendly atmosphere.

All of the staff were really helpful & personable. The alpacas look happy and well looked after! Oh and ample free underground parking.
