The apartment was premium and we'll furnished. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The view is amazing. Very close to water falls and many attractions. The breakfast was excellent with many options for vegan and gluten free. Just amazing.

Large and clean apartment, nice smell of fresh wooden furniture, very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had even an oven and a bidet. Very helpful staff. Very comfortable beds. Quality towels and sleepers. Free access to the laundry and drying machine. Location is outside Brunico, but it gives free (exclusive) card access to Percha parking near Ried ski gondola, and so the parking is never crowded or full. We had a discount to the ski rent. Enough parking places at the property, too. We also appreciated the elevator in the building. We would definitely like to come again.

But what truly sets this place apart are the incredible hosts, Roland and Stefanie. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and at home. Their warmth, friendliness, and personal touch turn the experience into so much more than just a hotel stay. It felt like visiting a close friend or a sibling — relaxed, heartfelt, and completely natural. It really doesn’t get better than this. If you’re looking for a place that’s both breathtaking and feels like home, that’s it. Highly recommend

The hotel is fully self check-in, no staff, which was new to me. You enter the house using your phone like a card. which makes me wonder what someone with an older phone, or someone who doesn't have that function would do. Anyway everything worked perfectly (despite my initial hesitation), the room was spacious and comfortable. It wasn't the cheapest, but given the location its understandable

Our stay at Residence Geisler Funes was absolutely wonderful! Loretta was incredibly kind, welcoming and ready to help with all our questions. Her warmth truly made our trip special. The hotel itself is very beautiful, very clean, cozy and has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The beds were so comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. We had 2 balconies with great views. The location was convenient, near St. Johann and St. Magdalena. We especially appreciated the quiet and peaceful environment. Grocery store is right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks, drinks or anything else we needed. Thank you so much for such a beautiful place! If you’re looking for a place with excellent hospitality, comfort and charm, we highly recommend Residence Geisler.

Apartment was located right in the centre of town & views from the apartment were beautiful. The apartment was spotless & had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay.

The location was nice, away from the center which was quiet during our stay. It’s not too far from the center either. The host was very helpful and hospitable for our requests during our stay. The check in process is very clear and simple and the view from our apartment was perfect
