We also loved the smart electronic bathtub that we could control the temperature of. Beds were comfortable. the staff was also friendly and spoke english.

Very thorough with instructions, good tips, and offered great drop off services to ski fields, shops and dinner reservations. We had the perfect family ski trip at Big Bear.

A 10 minutos a pie de Happo One Ski Resort, los huéspedes del Log Cottage Epoch pueden alquilar una casa entera. Everything was extremely clean and tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the underfloor heating made the house so warm and cosy, especially after a long day on the slopes. The dry room was also a huge bonus. Toshi was a fantastic host — really friendly and helpful, and even offered to drop us into town which we really appreciated. And the private onsen was the highlight for us. It was such a treat to soak and relax after skiing.

Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.

Amazingly spacious, warm and cosy, clean and neat. Great location close to chairlifts and restaurants. The hosts were phenomenal in terms of giving information. Free shuttle from the station. An absolute treasure of a place.

Snow fox chalet tiene vista a la montaña, WiFi gratis, estacionamiento privado de cortesía, y está situado en Hakuba, a 9.2 km de Tsugaike Kogen. The chalet was perfect, very clean, well set out, great appliances, great bathrooms, comfortable beds, and our host Eric was a wealth of knowledge of the Hakuba village and surrounding ski resorts. Highly recommended
