We absolutely loved our stay in Hakuba. It was our first time seeing snow, and the experience was truly unforgettable, we honestly didn’t want to leave. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip feel so special. The service we received was above and beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful and even made extra arrangements for breakfast, which we really appreciated. We were also really grateful for the shuttle service, especially with our large family.

El Hakuba Downtown Apartments ofrece bicicletas gratuitas y alojamiento con cocina en Hakuba, a 1 km de la zona de esquí Happo One. Hay horno, microondas y hervidor de agua. It was close to the train and bus station, the apartment was spacious and very clean. It was lovely to experience traditional Japanese bedroom. They also had a western style bedroom as well. Bathroom was spacious and great water pressure. Kitchen well stocked with cups, mugs, plates etc. Our hosts were amazing, they booked our dinners that we picked out and helped us out with info about the town, and where to get our ski equipment . Plus much more!! The food recommendations were amazing. Wonderful place to stay, very very helpful hosts, lovely back area to play in the snow. Close to a lot of ski resorts. We will definitely come back to stay here. Thanks again for everything, we appreciate it!!

Le Bocage - Hakuba Echoland Chalets está situado en Echoland, una popular zona de ocio nocturno con más de 30 bares y restaurantes. We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Very thorough with instructions, good tips, and offered great drop off services to ski fields, shops and dinner reservations. We had the perfect family ski trip at Big Bear.

A 10-minute walk from Happo One Ski Resort, guests at Log Cottage Epoch can rent out an entire cottage. Each spacious cottage comes with free Wi-Fi and includes a kitchen and a living room. Amazing onsen! Toshi was incredible and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.

Amazingly spacious, warm and cosy, clean and neat. Great location close to chairlifts and restaurants. The hosts were phenomenal in terms of giving information. Free shuttle from the station. An absolute treasure of a place.
